Nike React technology is a lightweight and durable foam that allows you to move smoothly and dynamically. Cradle-shaped foam provides support during the three phases of the runner's stride. It increases flexibility when the foot is lifted from the ground, smooth movement when moving the foot forward and shock absorption when the foot contacts the ground. Less material between the sockliner and midsole means the foot is closer to the foam. This allows you to increase the dynamics. Higher foam enhances the feeling of softness.
