Complaints

For all products purchased in the Butymodne.pl store, you are entitled to the non-conformity of the goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase in accordance with the Act of 27 July 2002 on special terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Dz.U. from 2002, No. 141 with later amendments).

 

Complaint procedure

In order to process a complaint, please send the following information:

  1. description of the defect and circumstances of its creation,
  2. 4 to 5 photos showing the defective product. Photographs should include both the whole article (front and back part) and the place containing the defect. In the case of complaints about footwear, please send an additional photo of the sole,
  3. please send pictures via e-mail to sklep@butymodne.pl. We encourage you to use the following image formats: ZIP, JPEG, RAR.
  4. After receiving all the information, the complaint will be processed immediately. You will receive the acknowledgment of further proceedings as soon as possible.

Terms of complaints

The complaint covers hidden defects caused by the fault of the producer.

Complaints are not subject to:

  1. natural wear of footwear,
  2. spare parts, eg flaps or laces,
  3. mechanical damage (abrasion, tearing, tearing or scratching, detachment of ornaments, locks, rubbers, etc.), and damage caused as a result of lack of or improper maintenance,
  4. damages caused by the use of footwear and clothing contrary to the purpose,
  5. discoloration of clothing or feet by footwear made of naturally colored lining,
  6. comfort of shoes, soaking shoes (unless the description says that the product is waterproof).

Notifying us about the non-conformity of the goods with the contract must take place within two months from the discovery of the non-conformity. In addition, after the non-compliance is found, the damaged goods can not be used.
