Returns

Returns:

1. The customer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order, and after receiving the goods the store will immediately return the money to the account.
2. Returned goods should be sent to the store's address:

3. Attaching a sales confirmation document will speed up the process.
4. If there is more goods on the sales receipt than the returned goods, the store will send the customer a new receipt including the return.
5. If a defect is found in the purchased goods, please contact the store staff as soon as possible to submit a warranty claim at the following email address: sklep@butymodne.pl
