Returns

Zwroty:

1. The customer has the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, and after receiving the goods, the store will immediately return the money to the account.
2. The returned goods should be sent back to the store's address:

3. Attaching a document confirming the sale will speed up the process.
4. If there are more goods on the sales confirmation document than the returned goods, the store will send the customer a new receipt including the return.
5. In the event of discovering a defect in the purchased goods, please contact the store staff as soon as possible in order to submit a warranty claim at the e-mail address: [email protected]
