The customer has the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, and after receiving the goods, the store will immediately refund the money to the account.

Attaching a document confirming the sale will speed up the process.
If the document confirming the sale contains more goods than the goods being returned, the store will send the customer a new receipt including the return.
