Complaints
For all products purchased in the Butymodne.pl store, you are entitled to the rights due to the non-compliance of the goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase in accordance with the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. of 2002, No. 141, as amended).
Complaints procedure
In order to consider the complaint, please send the following information:
- description of the defect and the circumstances of its occurrence,
- 4 to 5 photos showing the defective product. The photos should include the entire article (front and back) as well as the place containing the defect. In the event of a complaint regarding footwear, please send an additional photo of the sole,
- Please send photos via e-mail to sklep @ KeeShoes. We encourage you to use the following photo formats: ZIP, JPEG, RAR.
- After receiving all information, the complaint will be processed immediately. You will receive information about the further procedure as soon as possible.
Complaints conditions
Complaints are subject to hidden defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer.
Complaints are not subject to:
- natural wear of shoes,
- replaceable parts, e.g. heels or laces,
- mechanical damage (abrasion, tearing, tearing or scratching, detachment of decorations, zipper, rubber, etc.), and damage resulting from lack of or improper maintenance,
- damage resulting from the use of footwear and clothing in a manner inconsistent with their intended use,
- discoloration of clothing or feet by footwear made on a naturally colored lining,
- comfort of footwear, footwear soaking (unless the description says that the goods are waterproof).
We must be notified of the non-compliance of the goods with the contract no later than two months after the non-compliance is found. Moreover, after finding non-compliance, the damaged goods cannot be used.
