Complaints

For all products purchased in the Butymodne.pl store, you have rights in the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase in accordance with the Act of July 27, 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, as amended).

 

Complaints procedure

In order to consider your complaint, please send the following information:

  1. description of the defect and the circumstances of its occurrence,
  2. 4 to 5 photos showing the defective product. Photos should include both the entire article (front and back) and the area containing the defect. If you make a complaint about shoes, please send an additional photo of the sole,
  3. Please send photos by e-mail to sklep@KeeShoes. We encourage you to use the following photo formats: ZIP, JPEG, RAR.
  4. After receiving all information, the complaint will be processed immediately. You will receive information regarding further proceedings as soon as possible.

Terms of complaints

Complaints are subject to hidden defects caused by the manufacturer.

Complaints are not subject to:

  1. natural wear and tear of shoes,
  2. replaceable parts, e.g. heels or laces,
  3. mechanical damage (abrasion, tearing, tearing or scratching, detachment of decorations, zipper, rubber, etc.), and damage resulting from lack or incorrect maintenance,
  4. damage caused by using shoes and clothing contrary to their intended use,
  5. discoloration of clothing or feet due to shoes made with naturally dyed lining,
  6. comfort of footwear, waterproofing of footwear (unless the description states that the product is waterproof).

We must be notified of the non-compliance of the goods with the contract no later than two months after the non-compliance has been discovered. Moreover, after detecting non-compliance, the damaged goods cannot be used.

The ODR platform is an interactive and multilingual website with a one-stop shop for consumers and entrepreneurs seeking out-of-court resolution of a dispute regarding contractual obligations arising from an online sales speech or contract for the provision of services.
