This version is almost 18% more breathable than the Metcon 5 model thanks to a lightweight mesh that improves airflow and keeps feet cool. Low, flat and wide heel provides a stable base while lifting loads. Removable Hyperlift insert allows you to adjust the height of the heel. Rubber tread on the sole and sides of the shoe provides traction on the ground and when climbing a rope. Cured foam in the heel area ensures a snug fit, while a soft forefoot cushions movement during high-intensity workouts.
