Low, flat and flared heel now has a removable Hyperlift sockliner that fits under the midsole and increases the heel-toe height difference (6mm for women and 8mm for men) and improves stability when doing squats or weight-bearing exercises .
Without sockliner, the height difference between the heel and toe on Metcon models is 4 mm.
A more durable pattern extending beyond the outsole is designed for rope climbing and provides traction and impact protection.
Targeted traction under the foot and sides allows for quicker thrusts and climbs, while a slim TPU heel piece makes it easy to do wall push-ups.
